The carbon cycle explains how photosynthesis and cellular respiration is needed in order for living things to survive. Starting with the sun, which gives carbon dioxide (CO2) to plants such as the tree you see in this drawing. Next, the plant goes through the process of photosynthesis and lets out sugar and oxygen (C6 H12 O6) to any living thing such as a panda who eats that certain plant ( or even just the plant's leaves). Finally, the white Bengal tiger eats the panda and it then receives carbon dioxide (CO2 from the panda . When the tiger breathes, it then gives CO2 ) as well and it then goes to the plants. The carbon cycle just goes on allover and over again.
